Eibenstock Concrete grinder EBS 1801
The specialist for concrete surface preparation

EBS 1801 is the ideal tool to remove residual mud, mould seams, old paint, as well as joint fillers for tiling renovation. Furthermore, it can be used to grind rough surfaces, and to clean concrete surfaces before applying new paint or coatings. Dust free working is provided by the possibility to connect to an industrial vacuum cleaner (connector diameter 36 mm).

For reasons of ergonomic improvement, the concrete grinder is held by two lateral handles. In this way, it differs from the traditional design of an angle grinder motor, making it possible to evenly grind bigger surfaces without the user getting tired prematurely. The motor is arranged above the disk in a dust-free zone. This results in a positive effect on the tool’s lifetime.

A brush shield protects against dust and enables adaptation of the working height according to the wear of the diamond grinding disk. The full-wave electronics provides soft start-up, overload protection and constant speed.

For grinding and finishing concrete and floors right into the comers and edges the model EBS 1801is fitted with a removable dust guard leading edge.

CUB Floor Grinder
