Q .What's the best way to place an order?
A. Well there are several ways. You can order and pay online, call us or email us.
Q. Can I pick up my order?

Q. Where can I view the stock?
A. You are welcome to come into our shop. Hours Monday to Friday 8-4.30, Saturday 8-30 -12.00
Q. How do I pay for my stock?
A. If ordering on line, simply pay using PayPal. If you phone your order through we accept credit card or we can invoice you and you can directly deposit into our bank account.
Q. Once I pay for my order, how long until I receive my stock?
A. Your order will be dispatched within 2-7 days, Depending on your location in Australia. Refer to Shipping section for details.
Q. Are all you products covered by warranty?
A. Yes all products are covered by manufacturer's warranty unless there is evidence of misuse.

Returns Policy

  • Goods may be returned because of change of mind (or purchased by mistake) however the returned product must be unused and be in "new" and sellable condition.
  • The cost of returning goods will be at the buyer's expense.
  • Goods will be replaced, substituted or credited if they are faulty.
  • Used goods cannot be returned/exchanged unless they deemed to be faulty.
  • Goods received in a damaged condition will be replaced however Diamond Way must be informed of breakage immediately after delivery.
  • Any returns/exchanges must be advised to Diamond Way within one week of receipt of goods.

Shipping Australia Wide

How we deliver

We use Australia Post services for deliveries Australia wide as they provide a completely traceable and secure service. Standard shipping charges range from $20.00 to 30.00 depending on location. Express post service is also available. Products that are over 105cm in length and over 22kg in weight will be delivered by courier.

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Please Note: there are restrictions on some products, and they may not be available for purchase through our on line shop. A standard freight charge will not apply to these products because they are larger in size and will incur a higher freight cost. In this case you can contact us for a quote or pickup direct from our shop.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All products that are in stock at the time of your order will be despatched the same day or the following Business day. Goods that are not in stock and have to be ordered in from our supplier may take up to 5 days to arrive in our store. If goods need to be ordered in from our supplier then you will be notified by email and kept up to date. Delivery time for stock items may take 1 to 7 days depending on your location in Australia. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will provided with an email notifying you that it has been despatched and provide you with a tracking number. You can then track the delivery of your parcel by visiting the www.auspost.com.au and entering your tracking number. If you're not at home when Australia post attempts delivery they will leave a card indicating the option for another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local post office where you may pick up your parcel.

Please Note: A Signature is required for all deliveries. Items will not be left in a safe place for security reasons.

Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express post delivery network.

Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
